This 'under the bridge' shot has been photographed too may times in Singapore. I decided to skew the angle a bit, but I guess even this has been done. :) Shot on the Fujifilm RTPII at ISO50 (rated ISO64).

This was shot on Tungsten film, Fuji RTPII ISO64. I overexposed the roll by 1/3stop using the ISO setting to shoot it at ISO50. Sorry about the poor quality of scan. Yes, I like the blank space on top. :)

no, it's not another camera. I went on an outing organised by Nikon Singapore on street photography. I tried out the Coolpix S8, and it is not bad. In fact, it is almost ideal for candid street photography. This is out of the camera, without any manipulations. This was shot in Little India, where the old man was searching through the garbage bin for recycle cans. It is disturbing to see such images in Singapore.

A farmer from NSW, Australia. We stopped over at his farm to buy fresh macadamia nuts and oranges. The country roads in Australia have a lot of these farms which sell their produce for cheap. His major buyers are in Sydney, but he prefers not going to the big bad city. :) I cropped this photo into square from a portrait format. It is an ongoing exercise to look at things square. :) I am experimenting with MF using a friend's Seagull TLR.

This was shot on a Velvia 50 slide during my trip to Bintan, Indonesia a couple of weeks back. I composed with the horizon centered and the two kayaks in the thirds (well, almost :) ). I love the details in the clouds and nice tones in the sky and land. The next couple of shots are from the same roll, taken during sunrise.
